Data Entry Officer (Rivers)

Moniepoint is recruiting a data entry officer in Rivers to keep merchant accounts, product catalogues, inventory records, and pricing data accurate inside the Moniebook platform. The role supports onboarding from the first day by ensuring account setup data is clean, complete, and ready for go-live.

This is a strong fit for an operations specialist who takes accuracy seriously and understands how data quality affects customer experience. It should appeal to candidates who can work across spreadsheets, CRM tools, and retail workflows without letting volumes erode quality.

• Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in data entry, data operations, or a similar role — preferably in SaaS, retail tech, or fintech.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy across large data volumes.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data cleaning, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or POS/back-office SaaS tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  Preferred

  • Experience with bulk CSV imports, data migration, or catalogue management in a SaaS context.
  • Exposure to retail operations, inventory systems, or point-of-sale platforms.
  • Experience supporting an onboarding, implementation, or customer success team.
  • The candidate should be based in  Rivers State - Port Harcourt, Ikwerre, and Obio Akpor
