Lead, Head Office Operations Control

Moniepoint is recruiting a lead for head office operations control in Lagos to oversee the adequacy and effectiveness of controls across shared services and support functions. The role covers areas such as core banking GL movements, people operations, procurement, complaints handling, physical security, policy governance, and other operational-risk touchpoints.

• Strong background in internal control, audit, operational risk, or governance within banking or fintech environments.
• Working knowledge of frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000, and similar control or risk standards.
• Ability to assess risks across head office support functions and build structured control-testing plans.
• Experience leading control officers or similar assurance teams and tracking remediation to closure.
• Clear reporting and stakeholder advisory skills across functions such as finance, people operations, procurement, legal, and customer support.
