Settlement and Liquidity Officer

Moniepoint is recruiting a settlement and liquidity officer in Lagos to manage daily settlement flows across multiple accounts while keeping liquidity positioned to meet funding and payment obligations. The role sits in treasury and is meant for someone who can work independently in a time-sensitive environment without losing control of reconciliations, counterparty follow-up, or cash visibility.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in settlement operations, treasury, or liquidity management.
• Working knowledge of financial instruments and Nigerian settlement rails such as NIBSS, RTGS, NEFT, and switching processes.
• Advanced Excel skills plus useful familiarity with treasury systems such as Calypso, Finacle, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical judgment, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
