Using the Platform
Jobandyou connects employers with candidates. By using the platform, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service lawfully and professionally.
Job Seeker Responsibilities
Candidates must submit truthful CVs, applications, and profile details. Automated scraping, impersonation, and misleading applications are not allowed.
Employer Responsibilities
Employers must publish legitimate opportunities, treat candidates fairly, and avoid deceptive, discriminatory, or exploitative job listings. We reserve the right to moderate, reject, or remove postings that do not meet quality or compliance standards.
Content and Moderation
We may review listings, profiles, uploaded files, and public content to maintain platform quality, safety, and legal compliance. Repeated abuse may lead to suspension or permanent removal.
Availability and Liability
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, job placement outcomes, or hiring decisions. Users remain responsible for their own recruitment, employment, and legal obligations.
