M-KOPA is hiring a software engineering team lead to help deliver core loan-origination, compliance, and pricing systems that support the company’s next phase of expansion across Africa. The role is remote-friendly across major African hubs and sits inside a mission-driven fintech with broad financial-inclusion reach.

This is a strong opportunity for a senior engineering lead who can combine architecture, people leadership, and product delivery in a high-scale African fintech.

• Strong software engineering leadership experience.
• Ability to lead teams building core lending or financial-services systems.
• Comfort with architecture, delivery ownership, and mentoring engineers.
