Supervisor, Schools

NewGlobe is hiring a schools supervisor in Dutse to support day-to-day school leadership, teacher development, parent engagement, and community-facing programme delivery. The role is highly field-based and uses classroom observations, audits, and operational data to improve learning and school performance.

This is a practical opportunity for an education leader who enjoys coaching adults, working close to school operations, and helping schools turn central programmes into strong execution on the ground.

• Experience leading people in community, school, or programme settings.
• Mentorship or coaching experience with adults or young people.
• Comfort using data to improve performance and school management.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field most of the time.
• Strong English and Hausa communication skills are required.
