Technical Product Manager

ALX Africa is recruiting a technical product manager for Project A, its AI learning platform. The role is built around experimentation, beta-learner recruitment, product instrumentation, and tightening the loop between hypothesis, test, and shipped improvement.

This is well suited to a product operator who can work closely with engineers, coordinate real users, and reduce uncertainty quickly in an AI-heavy learning product.

• Hands-on experience running product experiments end to end.
• Technical fluency around instrumentation, AI evaluation results, and product testing.
• Strong operator skills for beta programs, learner coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to connect UX validation and learning validation in one workflow.
• EdTech or analytics experience would help.
