Growth Manager - US to Nigeria

LemFi is hiring a growth manager to expand its reach among Nigerian communities in the United States. The role is field-oriented, remote, and directly tied to diaspora growth for one of the most visible remittance and financial-services platforms serving the Global South.

This is a strong fit for a commercially sharp operator who can combine community engagement, hands-on growth execution, travel, and performance tracking in a fast-moving fintech environment.

• Relevant experience in growth, sales, marketing, or community expansion.
• Ability to hit acquisition or growth targets with measurable execution.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across diaspora communities.
• Comfort with travel and field-based remote work.
• Understanding of remittances, cross-border payments, or Nigerian diaspora audiences is useful.
